Shipping policy

We’re a small, family-run studio in North Carolina, and every order is packed by hand with care.

PROCESSING TIMES

•     Ready-to-ship items (Big Pictures, Little Pictures, calendars, kits) ship within 3-4 business days.

•     Personalized items ship within 5-7 business days after you approve your proof.

•     Digital downloads arrive instantly by email. Nothing ships.

During the busy holiday season, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.

SHIPPING RATES

•     $9.99 flat rate on U.S. orders

•     Free shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more

•     Big Pictures ship rolled in a sturdy tube, so they arrive crease-free and ready to roll out on your table.

DELIVERY

Most orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage and arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

HOLIDAY DEADLINES

Need it by a certain date? Order personalized items by December 1st and ready-to-ship items by December 14 for the best chance of arrival before Christmas. Or choose a digital download for instant delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at drippycastlesdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date (with a photo if it’s damaged), and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly, but we’ll gladly help reship for the cost of postage.

We currently ship within the United States only.
