Refund policy

We want you to love what you make with Drippy Castles. If something isn’t right, let us know.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us at drippycastlesdesigns@gmail.com to start a return. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Because personalized items are made just for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a mistake on our part. That’s why we send a proof before printing. Please check names, dates, and spelling carefully before you approve it.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Because digital files can’t be returned, all digital sales are final. If a file won’t open or something seems wrong, email us and we’ll help right away or send a corrected file.

USED ITEMS

Big Pictures and Little Pictures that have been colored on can’t be returned (but we hope they became a great memory!).

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.
